    1. FCDC’s website is a tool to promote the Democratic Party within Fairfax County.

    2. FCDC’s email list currently contains over 8,000 names. In order to minimize the number of unsubscribe requests from such list, FCDC limits its communications to email subscribers. FCDC also limits the content of such emails so that the content in the email is reviewed by the maximum number of subscribers.
    3. FCDC’s primary mission is to promote the FCDC organization as a means to promote the infrastructure necessary to elect Democratic candidates.

    4. Due to the large number of candidate races in Fairfax County, FCDC cannot promote every Democratic fundraiser in Fairfax County.
