Candidate Filing Information – How to file with the Democratic Party

Candidates in the June 20, 2023 Democratic Primary must file their candidacy with the Democratic Party. The Virginia Department of Elections (or ELECT) provides Candidate Bulletins detailing the documents necessary for filing. Relevant documents for filing with the Democratic Party are Items 4a through 4c.
