Since assuming office in 2015, Congressman Don Beyer has hosted an annual Women’s Conference to discuss topics such as women’s economic empowerment, issues facing women in the workforce, and passage of the Equal Rights Amendment.

In recent years, the fabric of our democracy and American governance continue to be tested like never before. As our country is at a crucial crossroads, women across the nation remain actively engaged, igniting their passion and uniting in a common purpose to inspire positive change. Their work is critical in building a brighter future for generations to come.
