Top of the Ticket 2021 Gubernatorial Debate

The Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Northern Virginia Gubernatorial debate between Terry McAuliffe (Democrat) and Glenn Youngkin (Republican).

For more than 30 years, the Northern Virginia Chamber has been proud to provide a unique opportunity for the Northern Virginia business community and voters across our region to see the “Top of the Ticket” candidates firsthand as they go head-to-head on the issues that matter most during the region’s most prominent political debate, presented in partnership with George Mason’s Schar School of Policy and Government, Northern Virginia Community College, Capital One, NBC4 Washington, and Telemundo 44.

Highly respected journalist and political commentator, political director of NBC News, and moderator of NBC’s Meet The Press, Chuck Todd, will moderate the debate, which will focus on the critical issues facing Virginia voters. Questions will be posed by News4 Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey, Telemundo 44 reporter Alberto Pimienta, and George Mason University Professor Michael Fauntroy.

The Debate will air live on NBC4 and will be broadcast on NBC affiliates statewide. The Debate will be streamed live on NBCWashington.com and the NBCWashington news app. Twitter users can follow the Debate online: @novachamber and #VAGovernorDebate.
