Find your Polling Place:
Visit http://terrymcauliffe.com/locate and enter your address, or
Alternate website: visit www.voterinfo.sbe.virginia.gov and enter your address.
Verify your Voter Registration Status:
Visit www.vote.virginia.gov/search and enter your information to confirm that you are registered.  If you voted last year in Virginia, your registration should still be active.
Who (and what) is on my ballot?
This year the offices for Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, House of Delegates and Fairfax County Sheriff as well as a School Bond Referendum are on the ballot.  Click here for a list of candidates and their websites, sample ballots, and more information.
What ID can I bring to the polls?
Virginia’s photo ID law is not yet in effect – so you may use the following items as ID when you go to the polls:
– Your Commonwealth of Virginia voter registration card, or
– Your social security card, or
– Your valid Virginia driver’s license, or
– Any other identification card issued by a government agency of the Commonwealth, or
– Any identification card issued by one of the political subdivisions of the Commonwealth, or
– Any identification card issued by the United States, or
– Any valid student identification card issued by any institution of higher education located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or
– Any valid employee identification card containing a photograph of the voter and issued by an employer of the voter in the ordinary course of the employer’s business, or
– A copy of a current utility bill that shows the name and address of the voter, or
– A copy of a bank statement that shows the name and address of the voter, or
– A copy of a government check that shows the name and address of the voter, or
– A copy of a paycheck that shows the name and address of the voter.

If you or someone you know needs a ride to their polling place OR if you are offering to give rides to the polls,

Volunteer on Election Day!
If you’d like to help Get Out The Vote, stop by your nearest campaign office.  Locations are listed at www.fairfaxdemocrats.org/volunteer .
If you’d like to volunteer outside a polling place, contact the chair of your local district Democratic Committee at www.fairfaxdemocrats.org/about/contact.
Election Results
As the results of the election come in, they are posted on the State Board of Elections website at
www.sbe.virginia.gov/ElectionResults.html .
Local results are also posted on the Fairfax County Government website at www.fairfaxcounty.gov/elections/returns.htm .
